For damaged-product return requests, the customer must provide a continuous and unedited unboxing video.
The video should clearly show the package, shipping label, opening of the package, the product, and the damage/defect.
Without valid unboxing video proof, the return request may not be accepted.
Customers are strongly advised to record the complete unboxing process immediately upon receiving the package.

Any damaged-product issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the required photographs and unboxing video.
